If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement of the same product. All products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a replacement. You must provide an image of the defective item within 48 HOURS of receiving your order.
All items which include items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
